Gráinne Gillett is an Irish interior designer and midwife. Gráinne has been working as a midwife for over ten years. Her midwifery career brought her to work in Melbourne for several years. It was during this time abroad; Grainne fell in love with interior design. At a time when Gráinne’s friends were settling down and coupling up, Gráinne moved back home to her parents and recommenced further education. She gained a BA Interior Design in 2022 and set up her design studio in the same year.
Last year, Gráinne bought her first home in Dublin. She has been sharing the renovation process online, showing all the highs and lows of renovating a property yourself. Family is a big part of Gráinne’s life, with plenty of input and help from them with her renovation. Gráinne believes good design should be accessible to everyone and loves sharing her favourite interior tips and inspiration with her followers. She also enjoys travel, eating out and has a big shopping habit!
